Coaching

Seapoint Canoe and Kayak Centre has a large team of BCU/Canoe England qualified coaches that can coach you through the BCU/Canoe England personal performance awards.  Whether you start young on the Paddlepower Awards or later in life on the Paddlesport Star Awards, we have the coaches that can train and assess you from first time paddler through to BCU 3 Star in Sea Kayaking, White Water Kayaking, K1/K2 Racing and Touring in either Open Canoe or Kayak.  Once you’ve got these skills we can help you gain the skills for the 4 and 5 Star Awards and help to arrange assessment.  But if you don’t want to gain the awards, we can coach you the skills so you can safely enjoy your paddling.

Several of our coaches are qualified to coach/train new coaches and centre runs regular BCU/UKCC Level One and Two Courses and Assessments.
